Balance Point Archery

Website Under construction.

Welcome to Balance  Point Archery, we set out with a goal to make custom stabilizers with great dampening while not compromising the ability to have a really light stabilizer with quick recovery that archers will find a pleasure to shoot.   We offer a wide variety of anodized end-cap colors.  Our 30" target stabilizer comes in at about 6 Oz. without any weights on it. Our 16" front and 9" back bars are a game-changer in hunting setups.  We will accommodate any length of stabilizer up to 33". We think you will find that we met our goal and that you will enjoy a stabilizer that works well and adds style.

Picking lengths. While some of you know what you want, we would like to add some suggestion to the equation.  After helping lots of people chose a bar that fits their needs we have realized a few good tips in choosing sizes.  For a front target bar, we suggest going with one the same length as your instep. For a back target bar, it all depends on how much front weight you're going to run, where you plan on mounting the bar and how much total weight you want to run. For people that don't want to run much total weight, a longer back bar will balance the front bar with less weight on it.  9"-12" and 16" seem to be the most common back bars.  If you need help with this choice feel free to call.

Hunting rigs are much easier to make a choice, however, we would like to put in our two cents on it. Our 16" front and 9" back stabilizer combo is like magic. The 16" front stabilizer is our #1 seller and doesn't get in the way out in the thick underbrush of the PNW. The 9" back bar extends just a bit past the string and provides a place to set the bow at rest while waiting for animals to get in the shooting lane, the back stabilizer weight can be rested on your belt or pocket taking the weight off your arm while holding the bow.  Why is it like magic?  Because of several reasons. #1 is accuracy, I have had several people that wanted a 12" end up getting the 16" after trying the two back to back because of their group tightening-up with the 16".  We find that 3 Oz. on the front and 5-6Oz. on the back balances out the bow perfectly.  We will accommodate you on whatever size you chose, however.
